ABBY CAMACHO, AIA, WELL AP, LEED AP

Ms. Camacho is a Senior Project Manager at KGO and a Registered Architect with nearly 20 years of experience in base building and interiors program management, pre-construction due diligence, project management, business development, and operations management. Her expertise ranges from small to large commercial projects – including hospitality, federal and state government, mixed-use commercial, corporate interiors, multi-family residential, and higher education.

She has extensive experience working on large and complex projects in occupied spaces with demanding schedules and budget reporting requirements. Abby demonstrated this experience with design and management on projects such as MGM National Harbor, The Harman Center for the Arts (base building architecture), U.S. Embassies in Helsinki and Moscow, the U.S. Courthouse in Washington, D.C., and several confidential federal government projects.

As a project architect and manager experienced with deliverables, specifications, and contract management, Abby has consistently delivered projects on time and on budget. She works closely with the client, consultants, design team, and the contractor throughout the project duration, ensuring quality management of the budget and schedule while embracing the client’s business goals and objectives.
