Alex Hoar


Mr. Hoar is a project manager with KGO Project Management with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. At KGO Project Management Mr. Hoar has worked on a wide range of commercial projects including associations, non-profit and landlord specific jobs. Utilizing his degree in business management Mr. Hoar helps make sure the client stays on schedule and under budget throughout the entire process.


At KGO Project Management, Mr. Hoar is responsible for providing support for all activities related to commercial fit-outs and development. He utilizes his diverse background and experience to effectively communicate across all related professional fields. Mr. Hoar’s specialties in project management include developing RFPs, scheduling contractors and vendors, managing RFIs, creating detailed budgets and schedules.
