Mr. Halici is a senior project manager with KGO. He graduated from Catholic University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Utilizing his educational, professional, and volunteer experiences, Mr. Halici helps produce projects of very high quality. Mr. Halici is confident in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and has the ability to set priorities and accomplish objectives for the client. Being an energetic self-starter, Mr. Halici hopes to build strong relationships on the project and help the project team become successful in accomplishing a quality project. Mr. Halici has a strong belief that a project will be very successful with a strong focus on thorough communication and organization throughout the project team.


Mr. Halici’s skills in project management include: Developing RFPs and RFQs, managing RFIs, bid procurement and comparisons, developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
