Sean Friedman

 

SEAN FRIEDMAN, LEED AP

Mr. Friedman is a project manager with KGO Project management with a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction. Mr. Friedman has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial interiors, core build-outs, shell spaces, and demolition and renovation of existing spaces. He is also LEED A.P. (ID+C) certified and has worked on LEED projects ranging from LEED Certified to LEED Platinum.
 
At KGO Project Management, Mr. Friedman is responsible for supporting all activities related to commercial interiors build-outs and renovations. His responsibilities include schedule creation, submittal and material tracking, RFI generation, change order review, contract and scope creation, in-office and on-site conflict resolution, and budget creation and management.
