Victor Boswell

VICTOR BOSWELL, LEED AP

Victor serves as Director of Project Management. A graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology and a Minor in Industrial Safety, Victor brings over 28 years of Commercial Construction and Real Estate experience to KGO. He is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to preconstruction, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions while developing, mentoring and providing overall leadership to the project teams.

An expert in identifying and resolving challenges, he will collaborate with the entire team to flawlessly execute every detail. His experience includes working as a Project Executive for a large commercial general contractor and as a Property Manager for a real estate developer and property management firm. His past projects includes multi-floor high end commercial tenant interiors, data centers, secure facilities and medical offices.
