New Corporate HQ Build-out
What started as being hired solely for Relocation Management assistance, eventually turned into a full-scale Construction and Project Management venture that was completed in a short 9-month timeline. KGO tackled the first component – the consolidation of Blackboard’s DC headquarters – by catering directly to the client’s needs. Our relocation team collected and packed all of the office items and successfully delivered the boxes directly to employees at home. After completion of stage one, the KGO team was called upon to provide project management for the construction of a collaborative workspace, as well as a centralized, community-centric gathering spot for Blackboard’s many remote employees.
