Washington, DC – Today, KGO—a real estate consulting firm—announced the appointment of Jennifer Olson, Principal, as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Jennifer Olson and partner Selva Gunenc will continue to co-manage the operations of KGO as former Principal Richard Kennington, transitions out of the organization.

This announcement comes on the eve of KGO celebrating 12 years of providing integrated professional services within the commercial real estate industry. KGO is excited to continue providing exceptional services, including project management, integrated change strategies and relocation management while collaborating with industry partners to build towards the next twelve years. 

With this next generation of leadership, KGO becomes a 100% woman-owned and managed company.
