Project Overview
Our project management team worked alongside the largest Trade Organization in the U.S. to implement a one-of-a-kind rooftop. This space can now function for many different occasions year-round, no matter the weather. To combat the risks associated with such a creative project, our team managed lead times and secured necessary permits for crane usage and required road closures. In order to make the project as smooth-sailing as possible, our team had to work closely with an international vendor. While there was room for mistakes and miscommunication, the project was finished on-time in only a short 9-month schedule.
